The success of any event will rely heavily on effective pre-and post-event planning. By listening to our customers from the very first consultation we ensure no stone remains unturned and no surprises arise once the build out begins. Our goal is to be sure that every last detail is covered to be sure of a smooth execution once the installation starts on every project.
It starts with our people. We have assembled a team of professionals from top to bottom to build our reputation as the premier tent and event contractors in Canada. All of our staff take a great deal of pride in what we have accomplished and the reputation we have built. It doesn’t stop there – after every successful event we be sure that the dismantle at every site is done in a timely manner and we leave the site just as we found it.
Our commitment goes well beyond simply renting our clients equipment for an event! During the off-season, we invest a great deal of time and capital building new tent structures as well as maintaining all of our fabrics to ensure our equipment is in pristine condition for all of our events- our planning starts well before you finally reach out to us!
BUILD BETTER
When you rent a large tent structure or floor for your event you don’t have the luxury of inspecting the equipment until it is actually installed at your home or job site; usually a few days in advance of you event. On paper, every tent rental company appears to be providing similar equipment, installed the same way in similar timelines. Unfortunately, all tent & event companies are not “Built” equally!
